After joining the coach via one of our departure points or our executive Door2Door service, you will be introduced to your professional driver and whisked away in comfort to the pretty resort of Newquay. We aim to arrive between 3-4pm so that you can relax before your evening meal and settle down for your first night.
Land's End, approximately nine miles west of Penzance, is the most westerly point of the English mainland. Looking out to sea from here allows the mind to appreciate the scale of the Atlantic Ocean, seeming to stretch beyond the horizon forever. The granite cliffs, which make up the coastline of West Cornwall, are seen at their best here where the combination of the power of the sea and the strength of the cliffs.
Free time to explore the resort of Newquay.
Heading across to Cornwall’s ‘Riviera Coast’, and passing St. Michael’s Mount, we arrive at the resort of Falmouth. Here we see the world’s third largest natural harbour, a bustling waterfront and four bathing beaches. The resort has a strong maritime tradition - all manner of sea-craft may be seen here. A gentle boat trip along the River Fal is a relaxing way to spend an afternoon, whilst a visit to Henry VIII’s imposing ‘Pendennis Castle’ affords wonderful views over Falmouth Bay.
Make the most of the wonderful food that is on offer for breakfast this morning. After a fabulous holiday, it's time to bid farewell to your hosts and Newquay for your journey home, taking wonderful memories with you.
