After listening to customer feedback we understand that one aspect of a traditional coach holiday which you found frustrating was the number of departure points, interchanges and any resulting delays which could occur.

How do we ensure that we off er all InterChoice customers pickup points within their area, retain the quality and value for money products and services thatare brochures are renowned for, whist keeping travelling times as low as possible??

Simple… by offering YOU the choice!

Choose to be collected from your door on the morning of departure and be chauffeured to the final departure point of the coach – no pick-up points no hassle.

Brand new for 2012 InterChoice Holidays presents the most affordable door2door service in the Midlands

How it all works…

1. Select the holiday of your choice from a range of quality destinations featured throughout this brochure. Then either pop into our office, call one of our friendly reservations staff on               0845 1303 321 or book on-line.
2. Make sure you live within the area outlined on the map to the right or have a postcode listed. Then simply let us know the home address you would like to be picked up from on the day of your holiday and pay the price you see in the brochure … no extra charges!
3. You will receive tickets with the time of your pick-up 7-10 days before you’re due to travel.
4. On the morning of your holiday enjoy a cuppa and take it easy. One of our fleet of mini-buses or one our partners at a reputable taxi firm will collect you at the time stated on your tickets. The driver will handle all your luggage on and off the vehicle leaving you to enjoy the rest of the journey. You will be taken to the final departure point where the driver will ensure your luggage is transferred directly to the coach, you need only only get on and enjoy the rest of your journey directly onto your hotel. Standard Departure Points

This year in response to direct feedback from customers, InterChoice have reduced the number of available pick-up points. This means you spend less time in your seats and more time enjoying the holiday you’ve worked so hard to pay for!

As this will still be the preferred method of travel for some passengers, InterChoice will discount any holiday cost quoted in this brochure by £20 per person.

Please bear in mind there are sometimes several picking up points and this option will result in longer travelling times to and from destination.

Family and friends Drop off and collect

For 2012 all our coaches will be using a standardised final departure point. This will be either of the following depending on if the tour is traveling North or South:

This gives you the option to join the coach at its last departure point with no further pick up points to follow. Once again InterChoice will give you £20 off any brochure price for selecting this option.

• All door2door transfers will be completed by either one of our own specialist car and mini buses, or one of our reputable partner taxi companies.
• You may be required to share your transfer vehicles with other door2door passengers.
• Our door2door service is available outside of the map and postcode area on the previous page for an additional cost. Please call for further details.
• The door2door service is only available for street level housing any passengers living in multi-storey accommodation must meet the driver at street level.
