The Preston Sands Hotel is highly recommended, it is situated opposite a large, sandy beach on Preston sea front, in Paignton. It occupies a peaceful spot with no through traffic. The local
amenities of Paignton are all within an easy level stroll. The hotel is modern and very well appointed with tasteful decor, inviting, comfortable furnishings enabling you to unwind from the moment you arrive. The huge picture windows make the most of the superb sea views. You can sit back and watch the boats sail by in total contentment. Dawlish, then along the estuary of the River Exe to Exeter. Exeter is full of history - visit the famous Cathedral or the nearby ship Inn

Buckfast & Newton Abbot
Travel via historic Totnes to Buckfast Abbey where the monks produce wine and honey. We then visit Newton Abbot with lots to see and do, sightseeing, shopping and even horse racing. |
