InterChoice Holidays is committed to protecting your right to privacy as a user of our online services. It is our policy to respect the privacy of private communication. The information you provide to us will be held on InterChoice computers that are based in the UK. We collect information about our users in order to help us continually improve the service we offer and so that we can enter into commercial arrangements, including the sale of holidays. InterChoice will always adhere to the UK Data Protection Legislation. This Privacy Policy only relates to the InterChoice service and does not extend to your use of the Internet outside of the InterChoice site. We will never share personal information with third parties unrelated to us.

What data do we collect?

We will collect personal data as provided to us during the registration or subscription process, which you agree to supply us as accurate. We do not monitor your use of the Internet but we do use cookie technology to monitor your use of the InterChoice service. This information is not stored alongside your personal data and will only be used on an anonymous, aggregated basis. We may hold personal data relating to all holidays booked in order to maintain and improve the service we offer.

What do we do with it?

We may use personal information about you to build up a profile of your interests and preferences.

This information will not be disclosed to third parties. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. To opt-out please email sales@interchoice.co.uk. We do not collect any information about you except that required for processing your order.

Credit card information is recorded by use of a secure SSL server using 128 bit encryption as. For the security of our customers, we do not store credit card numbers. Credit card numbers are only passed on to our payment service provider (Barclays Merchant Services).

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by writing to us. If you find any inaccuracies we will rectify the error as soon as possible.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
